I’ve spent the majority of my recruitment career in Tech recruitment, both in-house and working for a couple of agencies. Finding great candidates in talent-short markets is my bag, it’s what I do. It’s not just about throwing a few basic keywords into a boolean search and hoping for the best, we need to triangulate skills, sector experience, and the context surrounding those aspects that differentiate the good from the great.
Researching all of these things is critical to finding the right person for your business, if you’re in a startup you’ll be looking for something different from a blue-chip enterprise business business. Soft skills and experiences, work type, process vs autonomy and responsibility to work alone – specialised skills in a specific area vs. a broader exposure across a given discipline. Depending on they type of business you are and the type of work that your business does will affect the type of person you’ll want to hire.
Ultimately it all matters, my experience working for both start-ups and Blue-chips puts me in the fortunate place to understand the subtle nuances that ultimately determine whether you’ll have a nice shortlist of high quality applicants to review for your live role.

You’re looking for a way to either find great candidates, or help process your existing applications. You don’t want to use agencies, and you might be keen to get your brand out there.
You own the CVs too, so no pesky fees to pay on top every time you hire someone.
Why should I use the Candidate Sourcing service?
Candidate sourcing is my speciality! Tech hiring is my forte, but I’ve sourced everything from Marketing Execs to Train Mechanics so whatever it is I’ve got you covered.
No need to go to multiple agencies just to get a niche job filled
How will you use my brand?
We believe in transparency for all so we’ll often use your brand or company name in social posts and adverts. This gets better candidates applying and enables us to sell your brand story in the recruitment process.

It’s really not 🙂 if you need just to find some great CVs without paying a whopping agency fee we’ll do that – or if you need an extra pair of hands with other parts of the hiring process, I’ll talk it through with you. I’m very flexible and have managed internal recruitment process for years!
What are the costs?
The costs are really simple! £1,000 per FTE per month, to get the role filled. Some roles are front-loaded and need more sourcing, other roles are backend (process)-heavy and focus more on selection & interviews. Either way we’ve got you covered.
