🏡 Location: Remote (UK-Based Work from Home)
📢 We are hiring for an innovative EdTech company.

🚀 Ready to build something from the ground up?

This is an opportunity to become the first-ever Product Manager dedicated to the Research Team at a fast-growing EdTech company. You won’t just be managing a product—you’ll be shaping the entire product function, setting processes, and defining how the company approaches product management in this Team.

At the core of this platform is a powerful AI-driven learning engine that personalizes education by identifying student misconceptions in maths and recommending tailored interventions. Using machine learning and adaptive algorithms, the platform refines insights in real time, ensuring that students receive the right support when they need it most. This AI-powered approach enables educators to make data-informed decisions while scaling high-quality, research-backed learning experiences to thousands of schools worldwide.

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced, experimental environments and is excited about optimizing learning outcomes at scale. You will work on a SaaS-based learning platform, collaborating closely with research, engineering, and design teams to deliver meaningful impact for educators and students.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage the product specialisation in the Research Team—as the first PM hire focusing on this part of the business, you will set the standard for product management within the Research area of the company bringing new product features to market based on deep analysis and research.
Define & execute the product roadmap, balancing research-driven experimentation with business goals.
Lead product experimentation, implementing methodologies such as A/B testing, multi-armed bandits, factorial designs, and RCTs to optimize learning outcomes.
Engage directly with educators and students, ensuring product features truly address their needs.
Collaborate with research teams to design and validate learning science-based interventions.
Use data to drive decisions, tracking key metrics such as engagement, retention, and learning effectiveness.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and customer success teams to bring new features to life.
Communicate product vision & progress to stakeholders, influencing strategy with data-driven insights.

What We’re Looking For (Essential Criteria)

You should have strong evidence of: ✔ Owning a Product Roadmap & Prioritization – Successfully strategizing, managing, and executing SaaS product roadmaps aligned with business and customer needs.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Using A/B testing, product analytics, and experimentation to make informed choices.
Experimentation & Research – Designing and implementing in-product and out-of-product experiments (multi-armed bandits, factorial designs, RCTs, etc.).
SaaS & Software Product Management – Experience working on a scalable SaaS platform, preferably in EdTech, research, or learning technology.
Technical & Business Acumen – Understanding SaaS product constraints, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Cross-Functional Leadership – Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering, design, research, and customer success teams.
Customer Insights & Market Analysis – Translating user feedback and market trends into actionable product features.
Operating in Ambiguous Environments – Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving product landscape with shifting priorities.
Self-Starter Mentality – Ability to act autonomously, make informed decisions, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.

📌 This is a high-impact role—we will prioritize candidates who can provide specific examples of applying these skills in multiple projects.
